Kerli Heart Inspired Look

I am a huge fan of Kerli as a singer and artist. She sends a good message through her music and she is just adorable all around :) She is a popular Estonian singer and she is partnered up with Sugarpill cosmetics which is an adorable make up line! This is the look:

I tried my hardest to get it as close/similar to the picture. All around this is a fun look if you're hanging out with friends, just feel love in your life, or for halloween. With the headpiece and fashion it is very gothic and sweet at the same time. It is a very easy look and I am going to be doing more Kerli inspired looks! :) For the gems/rhinestones near the heart, I drew dots with liquid liner and then lined around them with a silver eyeshadow and a very precise small sponge tip applicator.
