Rinoa Heartilly (Halloween Look #6)

This is another halloween look for halloween, this is what I will be wearing with my costume this year. It's a blue, brown and black look that's smokey :3 I used those colors because it's basically the colors of the character all around :) Here it is:

This is good for if you are also being Rinoa or you are being a character that has these same colors to them. These colors will also look good with basically all eye colors :) Let me know what you think of my make up for this halloween and if you'd like a tutorial!
