Anime Eye (Halloween Look #4)
This is a look I did at random while experimenting for halloween :3 I put an electric blue all over my lid and did an anime eye pattern with black liquid eyeliner. I lined my lower lashline and waterline with white eyeshadow to make my eyes look bigger. I couldn't recognize myself when I was done lol. Here it is:
